A Bachelor's degree in nursing from an *accredited college or university -OR- A combination of nursing training and experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric setting totaling five years.

Option I: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited* college or university -AND- three years experience in clinical nursing. Option II: A Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited* college or university -AND- two years experience in clinical nursing. Option III: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited* college or university -AND- two years experience in clinical nursing -AND- one year of experience in nursing research or administration. Option IV: A Master's degree in nursing or administration from an accredited* university -AND- two years experience in nursing administration.

Option I - A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited* four year college or university -AND- five years of bedside clinical nursing experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care or Operating Room. Option II - A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited* four year college or university -AND- a Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited* university -AND- four years of bedside clinical nursing experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care or Operation Room.

1. Completion of a training assignment or training management program in nursing case management.
